Lucid Massage is a concept developed around clarity, focusing on mind-body total well being.

Greetings!

My name is Tiffany Smith and I have been practicing my love for massage therapy for 12 years. I graduated in 2012 from the Cortiva Institute of Muscle Therapy located in Pennsylvania and though I have worn many hats, massage therapy has always been my passion. My specialty is deep tissue massage as I enjoy using my elbows and knuckles to break up muscle adhesion, knots and trigger points. I also enjoy incorporating stretches into my massage services to improve flexibility as well as applying my knowledge of kinesiology to discern the root cause of my clients pain. I am skilled in Swedish massage, myofascial release,sports massage, and geriatric massage just to name a few.I am a Virginia native, and I have three beautiful children. In my spare time I enjoy fishing (weather permitting) and spending as much time as I can cooking and watching movies with my children.
